The Office of Human Resources manages and supports the recruitment and hiring, and provides personalized human resources related services to the highly skilled and dedicated staff of the North Andover Public Schools.


Prospective Employees:

NAPS utilizes an on-line application system. You will find our current openings here: CURRENT OPENINGS

All applications must be completed online. This provides principals and other administrators quick and easy access to candidates' applications. It also allows applicants to apply for multiple positions with ease.

If you meet our selection criteria, we will contact you for further information and a possible interview. Your application will be retained in active status for one school year.

All candidates applying for teaching positions should also upload their resume, letters of recommendation, transcripts and DESE license# or license # or MEPID.

It is a condition of employment that all newly hired employees must be fingerprinted prior to the start of their assignment. 

New Teachers are welcome to participate in the Summer PD in addition to training specifically designed for teachers new to NAPS. 2018-2019 New Teacher Professional Development
