NEW EMPLOYEE INFORMATION

New Employees

Most important are the CORI and fingerprinting forms. It is a condition of employment that all newly hired employees must be fingerprinted prior to the start of their assignment.

Employment & Payroll Forms

As a new employee, there are several forms that are required before the hiring process can be completed. The folder New Employee Forms includes all the up-to-date forms that are required for employment and payroll purposes. You may print and complete the full packet at home or come into the office. All forms must be submitted in person to the HR department in central office at 566 Main Street.

Be sure to bring two (2) or more forms of ID to complete the CORI and I-9 Verification. Acceptable forms of ID are: Driver's License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or US Passport.

Direct Deposit Information

  • When you enroll in direct deposit, your payroll advice will be emailed to the email address listed on your resume or direct deposit enrollment form.

  • To open this document, you will need to enter the last four digits of your social security number. You will need to do this each time.

  • Processing will take at least one (1) payroll cycle before the direct deposit will take effect. You will receive a “live” check until processing is complete.

Benefits

Information and enrollment forms for Health Benefits, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, and the Employee Assistance Program can be found on the Benefits page.

Ethics Training

All new employees must complete the State Ethics Training. All other employees must participate in the training every other year. Certificates should be saved as a PDF and uploaded through the link on the town's webpage. Please do not send the printed certificate to HR or to Town Hall. Thank you. Ethics Training

Annually, employees need to review and understand a number of important laws, policies and practices for the school district. It is linked here: Mandatory Training 2019-2020
