New Employee Information

Welcome to North Andover Public Schools!  

As a new employee, there are several forms that are required before the hiring process can be completed.  

The file, New Employee Payroll Forms includes all the forms that are required for payroll purposes.  You may download and complete much of the packet online. Please print and submit all completed paperwork in person to the Office of Human Resources located in the District Office. 

Be sure to bring two (2) forms of ID to complete the CORI and I-9 Verification. Acceptable forms of ID are: 
  • Driver's License and Social Security Card or Birth Certificate or
  • current US Passport

Additional Information:
Direct Deposit Information: 
  • When you enroll in direct deposit, your payroll advice will be emailed to the email address listed on your resume or direct deposit enrollment form. 
  • To open this document, you will need to enter the last four digits of your social security number. You will need to do this each time.
  • Processing will take at least one (1) payroll cycle before the direct deposit will take effect. You will receive a live check until processing is complete.


New Teachers are welcome to participate in the Summer PD in addition to training specifically designed for teachers new to NAPS. 2018-2019 New Teacher Professional Development
