Thursday January 10th, 6:30 pm, NAHS Auditorium. Free and open to the public. 

Through this informational program, Dr. Potee helps to give a deeper understanding of addictive substances, including alcohol, marijuana, and opioids and their impact on the developing brain.

Dr. Potee is a board certified Family and Addiction Medicine Physician. She serves as the Medical Director to various organizations as well as the Co-Chair of the Healthcare Solutions Committee of the Opioid Task force of Franklin County. Dr. Potee is a nationally sought out speaker and recognized expert in the area of brain development and teenage risk taking.

Before listening to Dr. Potee’s presentation, walk through NAPD’s Hidden in Plain Sight display to identify various household items that could promote at-risk behaviors. This display will be set up in the hall outside the High School Auditorium.
