The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is continuing to make advancements on the Massachusetts IEP Improvement Project. Part of this process involves a survey to interested parties specific to the IEP process.

If you are a parent/guardian of a student with a disability or a student with an IEP, please take a moment to fill out the DESE Survey on the IEP Process. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole and is open now through May 18th.

The North Andover Public School District wants to hear from parents and guardians regarding how well your child’s school is doing to involve you in the special education services provided to your child.

We would like you to complete a brief, online survey to share your experience with your child’s special education services during the current school year (2017 - 2018). This survey is designed to collect information from parents of students with an Individual Education Plan (IEP) only.

The purpose of the survey is to reflect parent feedback on how well the schools are engaging and partnering with parents of students with disabilities.

Please go to and complete the eight-question survey telling us about your current experiences.

The survey is available October 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. If you require access to a computer, or would prefer to request a paper survey form to fill out, please contact the Student Services Department at 566 Main Street, 978-794-1503. Thank you.
