OUTSIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SENIORS

The following scholarships are offered by local and national organizations. More detailed information on these scholarships is available on the websites listed below and also in the Guidance Office. Please note that deadlines and specific requirements for each of the scholarships differ greatly. It is the responsibility of the student to make certain that their applications and supporting documents are complete.

Aspiring Fashion Professional Scholarship - This is a $1,000 scholarship that will be awarded to students that are interested in pursuing a fashion degree at an accredited post-secondary school or college. Aspiring Animation Professional Scholarship - This is a $1,000 scholarship for students interested in pursuing an animation career path at an accredited post-secondary school or college. Horatio Alger Association Career & Technical Scholarship Program - Receive up to $2,500 to pursue a career or technical education. This program provides financial assistance to students throughout the nation who have financial need and have exhibited integrity and perseverance in overcoming personal adversity. Scholarship criteria also include high school completion by spring of 2016, commitment to pursue and complete a career or technical certificate/degree, and United States citizenship.
