NAMS Request for Student Schedule Change - Hybrid or OLA

As communicated at the start of the school year, students who selected OLA would have a chance to switch to Hybrid at the end of the Trimester, December 11, 2020. If you are interested in making a change, either into Hybrid or OLA, please complete the google form found here by Friday, November 13, 2020. We will do our best to honor requests to change from the OLA to Hybrid and will also consider Hybrid to OLA requests, although our OLA classrooms are near capacity. 


NAMS Parent/Guardian requests will be reviewed, in consultation with district administration. Additional *factors may apply and it is important to know that change requests may necessitate **changes to student assignments. When a change is not possible, NAMS will maintain a wait list for consideration at the next trimester mark or as space becomes available.


*Student priorities (per DESE) will be given first consideration for switches including other factors such as physical distancing and staffing. 


** It is important to know that in order to accommodate changes and all health and safety guidelines: 

  • Your child may need to be waitlisted until space is available. 

  • Your child may not have the same teacher/team.

  • Changes may impact student schedules of students not requesting a change, but not necessarily their team/teacher assignments.
