If you are offered a new position with North Andover Public Schools, we'd like to wish you congratulations! As you onboard with us, there are some important steps to take. You must complete the appropriate new employee packet, set up an appointment using the online calendar and arrange for your background checks to be completed before you can start, All forms must be submitted in-person to the HR office at 566 Main Street. All forms must be completed before any payroll can be processed. Be sure to bring two (2) or more forms of ID to complete the CORI and I-9 Verification. Acceptable forms of ID are: Driver's License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or US Passport. 

Background Checks

Two mandatory elements of the onboarding process are the CORI review and fingerprinting. It is a condition of employment that all newly hired employees for all roles in the district be fingerprinted prior to the start of their new assignment. Background screening information can be found here

STATE Ethics Training

All new employees must complete the State Ethics Training. Returning staff must participate in the training every other year. Certificates should be saved as a PDF and uploaded through the link on the town's web page. Please do not send the printed certificate to HR or to Town Hall. 

Ethics Training
