Employee Self-Service (ESS)
North Andover Public Schools provides the MUNIS Employee Self Service (ESS) Portal for employees to easily find documents they need and/or to efficiently share important personal information with the school department. Access to ESS will continue even after employment ends with North Andover.
On ESS, employees can:
- view current and past payroll information
- view current and past tax forms (W-2, 1095-C)
- add/change all personal contact information
The link to the ESS portal is in the "NAPS Bookmarks" folder in the top left part of the Chrome browser. Employees can also access the secure ESS portal here below:

USERNAME: LASTNAMEFIRSTINITIALlast4SSN (LANDRYG1234)
PASSWORD: For the first login, your password will be the last four digits of your SSN (you’ll be prompted to change this at your first login). New passwords must be at least 8 characters with at least 1 number and 1 upper-case letter.
